TAFE NSW - Sydney Institute is the largest and one of the most successful vocational training organisations in Australia with a long standing reputation for excellence. Since its beginning in 1891 Sydney Institute has responded to the changing needs of its customers and environment transitioning from a technical college to a progressive training organisation working in partnership with industry and the community. Sydney Institute responds to the skills needs of a wide range of Australian industries, enrolling over 76,000 students annually and offering more than 800 courses. The courses range from short programs to three year advanced diplomas in leading edge facilities.
